dandelion, shepherd's purse, thyme, white and red clover, mouse peas,
meadow thistle, wild mallow, St. John's wort, cow parsnip, cornflower,
sage, chicory, motherwort, and many other nectar producing plants.
Wildflower honey has a strong sweet, very pleasant taste.
