Mother Knows Best November 21, 2017 Reviewer: Ceayon Johnston from Richmond, BC Canada   Lemon and honey as a home remedy for colds and flu are well known.  Certainly my mother has always recommended it to soothe a sore throat.  Lemon honey sticks on their own are a simple wholesome treat.  I suggest lemon honey sticks for your tea to soothe your soul or calm a nasty cold.  Your mother suggest it too.
