Product received, but no reply to my inquiry October 21, 2023 Reviewer: Susan from Oxford Station, ON Canada   I decided on this product for our 20 year anniversary vow renewal favours. They have arrived and I really like them. However, after I checked I noticed the suggestion of ordering 3+ weeks from date of event, otherwise the honey can crystalize. I immediately replied to my order confirmation email [email protected] advising my event is not until April 2024, and if the order can either be held, or cancelled and I'd re-order closer to the date. No reply, and the honey arrived about 2 weeks. later. I won't be re-ordering if the honey crystalizes and I can't use it. Looks like a great product, but communication has much room for improvement. Wedding party favors October 8, 2023 Reviewer: Mike C from Ottawa, ON Canada   They look absolutely amazing. Everyone loved them. I ordered them a few month before the wedding and was worried after a month that they hadn't shipped yet... but when I contacted them I was told that they usually ship out the honey closer to the event date to have it fresher for longer. Perfect! February 17, 2023 Reviewer: D from Oakville, ON Canada   I ordered the 60 grams of honey jars with customized labels as part of the giveaways for my daughter’s bridal shower.  They turned out perfect!  Chris was very patient in explaining the process as I ordered them well in advance as we had to put them together, ensuring I would receive them with enough time to put them together.  Sure enough, they arrived in perfect condition and with enough time to assemble the 85 giveaways. There advertising was very appealing to me and they are located in Port Colborne. I am very big on supporting locally.  We contacted them and placed our order. They were very accommodating, friendly and professional. This small business goes above and beyond for their customers, which is very rare these days. I would recommend that if you need an kind of gifts to give them a call as they have a variety of honey gifts to choose from. I will use them again. Cute honey bottles (quite small) May 10, 2022 Reviewer: Palak Bhatt from Brampton, ON Canada   Overall a good experience shopping with the store. I order a few honey bottles as a favor for my baby shower event at work. They delivered my order within 4 days (including weekend). At first sight, I felt the bottles are too small.
