Lots of health benefits April 20, 2017 Reviewer: Weldon Newton from Ottawa, ON Canada   I have been a regular consumer of raw buckwheat honey for years.  Although I bought my honey from a beekeeper I discouvered his honey extraction method involved heating the honey.  His honey was raw unpasteurized but heat extracted.  I search for a beekeeper who extracts honey without heat because any heating of honey mitigates it health benefits.  I now have unheated raw honey and its color, texture and taste is excellent.
