Blackberry is a relative of raspberry in the Rosaceae family.
This honey is the product of honey bees collecting the nectar
from the blackberry blossoms, yielding an amber to dark fruity honey.
Blackberries contain polyphenols (antioxidants), riboflavin,
flavonoids, folate, salicylic acid, dietary fiber, vitamins A, B6, C,
E and K, and mineral manganese.
They are abundant in essential amino acids and dietary fiber.
