Nice stuff June 8, 2016 Reviewer: Katherine from Devlin, ON Canada   Smooth and firm with a rich but fresh flavour. I like this one for when I just want to sneak a spoonful of honey (my alternative to having a candy). Likely too hard to use on bread (might melt nicely on french toast or a scone!) & too nice to use in baking. To me this is mostly an "eating honey" but I have no idea what other people use it for.
