Unpasteurized Sumac Blossom Honey from Ontario

Sumac is a major honey plant in North America.
It comes from a native to North America sumac species.
Sumac honey has a pure golden color; it is heavily bodied,
with a slightly floral aroma and a nice aftertaste.
This honey is slow to granulate. With time it develops a mellow rich flavor.

Pure Canadian unpasteurized honey.
